The morning getting on the buses was chaos, there are a lot of coaches leaving from here. One other company has put a sign up and Taotravel congregates near there. Why didn’t the guides move the group to the other side of the street to help with confusion? They seemed to get very flustered. The coach was then…”

“This was an excellent service. Convenient and great price. There was a banana peel and gum on the front pocket of our seat but otherwise it was a clean bus. I'm so happy we didn't have to worry about navigating the train system or $100+ car transfer. The bus dropped us literally 4mins walking distance from our hotel Excelsior Hotel Gallia (which was LOVELY as well by the way & in a great location) I love that the bus runs every 30mins too! Would definitely use again in the future.”

“Unfortunately the bus terminal is in the rear of the station ( unbeknownst to us, don't speak or read Italian). Driver needs to explain. The 5min walk to our hotel ended up as a taxi. As we got lost”
