Meet your chef in a popular Milan restaurant, raise a glass of Prosecco, then make fresh pasta and tiramisu at your own workstation. Mimo and Damiano are among the hosts associated with this friendly class. You will eat what you prepare with wine, but traditional recipes use gluten, dairy, and eggs.

In a central Milan restaurant, you’ll make fresh pasta from scratch, learn tiramisu, and sit down to eat with wine and soft drinks. The chef may be Francesco, Mimmo, Federico, Alba, or another member of the team. Classes are capped at 12 people and run about three hours.

At Towns of Italy’s cooking school above Mercato Centrale near Milano Centrale, you’ll make pizza and gelato with chefs such as Matteo, Alfredo, or Fabrizio. Expect about three hours of hands-on work, wine, dinner, a digital recipe booklet, and a certificate. A pasta option is also available.
